If you are short on cash, apply for a loan here. You may receive a loan from anywhere between 1,000 ND and 10,000 ND.
Remember that payments must be made every month (real-time) sometime on or before the last Friday of that month.
Penalties are fairly harsh, mind you. If you miss a payment, you have exactly one week to make it up. Also, a late fee of 5% of the original amount will be added to your balance and that MUST be paid within that extra week. The bank will also take money and/or possessions to make up for your debt to them (this may be from your inventory, savings account, or your safety deposit box).
The interest rate is 20% on all loans, meaning this: if you take a 10,000 ND loan, you must pay back 12,000 ND.
You do not need to be in town to make payments, but to take out loans, your character MUST be in town.
